Problematika investičních pobídek v České republice

Abstract

In my thesis I tried to create a comprehensive document about investment incentives from the theoretical point of view as well as it evaluates the impact of granted covenants of investment.

This work is divided into 2 parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is based on legislation and other regulations which are concerned with investments incentives.

In the practical part of my thesis I evaluate an economic gain of covenants of investment granted between years 1998 and 2009. According to a conclusion which results from this part it is evident that investment incentives helped to create many job opportunities as well as they have atrracted plenty of investors to come to the Czech Republic.
