Charakteristika interního auditu dle normy IFS FOOD (International Featured Standard) v porovnání s certifikačním auditem

Abstract

The objektive of this bachelor thesis is documenting procedures and total output of internal audit in the company ALTIN JM GROUP Ltd. comparing the output of the certification audit according to IFS Food and provide suggestions for improvement. First part of the bachelor thesis focuses on theoretical aspects of internal auditing as well as its position, purpose, objectives, features of Auditor and basic steps in auditing. The next chapter provides an analysis of the IFS Food standard (version 6), which is used in food industry as a standard for food safety. The second part of the bachelor thesis involves the outcomes of internal audit in company and its subsequent evaluation and comparison of the results of the certification audit. Based on this analysis, it was recommended measures.
