Firemní kultura

Abstract

As a principal issue of my bachelor’s thesis I have chosen the firm culture, which is about the general firm’s view of the world, the approach to the life, work, people and to itself. The main goal of the work is the analysis of the firm culture in the company being in the business in the services area and the finding of its power. Only the strong firm culture has an effect of the success and profitability of the company from both, the economic aspekt and also from the point of view of the public perception. In the theory part there is the basic summary of the firm culture, its structure and typology. In the practical part there is the introduction of the company DORA Security, a.s. and the analysis of the questionnaire survay. At the end you can find the results from the discussion about the survay with the director of the company. My work tries to find the suitable measures and the proposals for the next work in the company by application the real strong and proper firm culture.
