Abstract

The diploma thesis is focused on coal combustion products. Fly ash (and other coal combustion products) in water mixture creates granulate. Granulates are used in civil engineering as backfill materials. Solidified backfill material is one possibility of granulate use. Solidified backfill material is a certified material. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis is aimed to coal combustion product description and certification of new products. Granulate testing and evaluation of their applicability / suitability as solidified backfill material is described in the experimental part.
