Turisticky přístupné památky po těžbě soli v Evropě

Abstract

The main topic of this thesis are accessible tourist sites after salt mining in Europe, their history and descriptions of exhibits. The thesis describes the sites that are known due to good marketing but also many less known monuments which are very attractive for tourists. Most of the sites are salt mines that are no longer in operation, salt spas and monuments related to the protection of salt towns. These sights are important technical monuments in Europe, cultural monuments and some of them are on the UNESCO world heritage list.
