Abstract
Thesis "The Strategy Analysis of Computers and Electronics E-shop" deals with strategic analysis of the external environment in order to find threats and opportunities in terms of the sale of goods via the Internet, identify the influence of factors external environment and determine the most significant trends that may affect Internet sales and competitive position of the company. To analyze the impact of macro environment will be used PEST analysis. Micro environment companies will be analyzed using Porter's model of five competitive forces, which includes an analysis of competitive factors identified by the external environment affecting the sale of goods via the Internet. Based on the results of these analyzes will be carried out design of appropriate recommendations to improve the competitive position of the company.
