Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce popisuje odbornou praxi absolvovanou ve společnosti Inventra s.r.o., kde autorka působila jako praktikantka Junior Developer. Cílem praxe bylo vyvinout frontend AI bota pro úvodní online pohovor s uchazečem o zaměstnání, včetně uživatelského rozhraní, tří režimů komunikace, přístupnosti a souladu s GDPR, a zajistit jeho testování, nasazení a technickou dokumentaci. Práce shrnuje vývoj frontendu od analýzy požadavků a tvorby technického zadání po implementaci komunikačních režimů, řešení přístupnosti a kontejnerizaci aplikace v Dockeru. Dále se věnuje vývoji modulu pro synchronizaci pracovních pozic z ATS systému Recruitee, jehož realizace byla během praxe pozastavena kvůli změně interních nástrojů společnosti. Závěrem shrnuje získané zkušenosti a vývoj AI řešení pro automatizaci pohovorového procesu ve firmě.

This bachelor thesis describes a professional internship completed at Inventra s.r.o., where the author worked as a Junior Developer intern. The goal of the internship was to develop the frontend of an AI bot for initial online interviews with job applicants, including a user interface, three communication modes, accessibility, and GDPR compliance, and to ensure testing, deployment, and technical documentation. The thesis summarizes frontend development from requirements analysis and technical design to the implementation of communication modes, accessibility solutions, and Docker containerization. It also addresses the development of a module for synchronizing job positions from the ATS system Recruitee, whose implementation was suspended during the internship due to changes in the company’s internal tools. Finally, the thesis summarizes the experience gained and the development of an AI-based solution for automating the interview process within the company.
