Analýza rentability společnosti v dřevařském průmyslu

Abstract

Téma bakalářské práce je analýza rentability společnosti v dřevařském průmyslu. Hlavní cílem bakalářské práce je provedení analýzy rentability společnosti Mayr-Melnhof Holz Paskov a zhodnocení jednotlivých dílčích faktorů na vývoj ukazatele rentability vlastního kapitálu. Analýza je provedena na základě účetních výkazů období 2005-2009.Teoretická část bakalářské práce obsahuje charakteristiku, popis a předmět finanční analýzy. V praktické části je posouzení finanční situace a celkové zhodnocení na základě jednotlivých ukazatelů rentability. Závěr praktické části obsahuje stanovení bodu indiference a srovnání výsledků rentability společnosti s odvětvím.

The theme of the Bachelor thesis is profitability analysis of company in the wood processing industry. The main objective of the Bachelor thesis is an analysis of profitability of the company Mayr-Malnhof Holz Paskov and evalution of factors on the development of the profitability indicators of equity capital. The analysis is carried out on the basis of accounting data for the period 2005-2009. The theoretical part of the Bachelor thesis contains a description of the characteristics and the subject of financial analysis. In the practical part of the assessment of the financial situation and the overall evaluation on the basis of various indicators of profitability. The conclusion of the practical part includes the determination point of indiference and the comparison of the results of the profitability of the company with the industry.
