Abstract
Application of Employee Liability for Damage in the Construction Company
The bachelor thesis is focused on application of employee liability for damage in the construction company. The aim of the thesis is to find out whether the employer follows the legal regulation of the Labour Code when the employee liability for damage is applied.
In the theoretical part, there are labour-law relationships determined, individual liabilities for damage are described as well as theories dealing with this topic are mentioned.
The practical part involves the analysis of 28 cases engaging employee liability for damage in the construction company VACUTEC Moravia and in accordance with the aim of this thesis, it is investigated whether the employer follows the Labour Code.
