Aplikace KAIZEN ve strojírenské firmě

Abstract

The aim of my thesis was to achieve a change in the workplace in Jiří Mynař’s company and note effects which turned out by methodology 5S. In the theoretical part, free pillars of gemba Kaizen (standardize, 5S and muda or wasting) were main theme. Also I focused on philosophy of Kaizen including other systems of Kaizen. In the first chapter of the practical part, I briefly described Jiří Mynař‘s company – current situation, history, organizational stucture, products and strategy of the company. Furthermore, I described workplace in term of methodology 5S. In preparation phase of analysis part, I trained management on the theme of 5S and Kaizen. I chose workshop for implementation of 5S. We made some improvements which are showen on photos. There we can see conditions before and after changes. After implementation of 5S, management set standards which will help to keep condition after changes. Among my suggestions and recommandations I have included action plan of 5S, training for management, system of financial remuneration and also one way of motivation.
