Abstract

This bachelor thesis is divided into two main parts: theoretical and practical. On the basis of specialized literature, the theoretical part characterizes the individual steps during the process of recruitment and selection of the employees and the sources and methods of recruitment and selection of the employees. The practical part focuses on the process of recruitment and selection of the employees in a chosen organization. The characteristics of the organization and the structure of employees are also described here. The materials and information concerning the process were obtained by several structured interviews with consultants representing the chosen organization. The aim of this bachelor thesis is an analysis of the process of recruitment and selection of the employees in a chosen organization. On the basis of the analysis, the suggestions and recommendations towards the improvement and increase in efficiency of the process of recruitment and selection of the employees in a chosen organization are made.
