Použití měřicích přístrojů s ohledem na bezpečnost obsluhy

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá použitím měřicích přístrojů s ohledem na bezpečnostní požadavky při měření, a to jednak vůči obsluze, ale také vůči měřeným přístrojům. V této práci se pojednává o rizicích, které mohou vzniknout při nedodržení bezpečnostních požadavků na ochranu obsluhy i měřených zařízení a také o tom, jak tyto rizika eliminovat. Celá práce se dělí na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část práce je věnována jednotlivým normám, které udávají požadavky na bezpečnost. Rozebírá různé druhy měřících přístrojů dostupných na dnešním trhu a jejich odlišné konstrukční řešení vzhledem k bezpečnosti. Součástí teoretické části je také porovnání norem českých s normami zahraničními. V neposlední řadě se teoretická část zabývá srovnáním jednotlivých měřicích přístrojů s nižšími a vyššími nároky na bezpečnost měření. Praktická část práce spočívá v realizování měření vzhledem k bezpečnostním požadavkům na provádění měření. Samotné měření bylo provedeno nejprve s měřicím zařízením, na které jsou kladeny nižší nároky na bezpečnost měření a následně s měřicím zařízením, na, které jsou kladeny vyšší bezpečnostní nároky na měření. Na základě provedeného měření a jeho výsledků, za současné aplikace přiléhavých norem je v závěru práce obsaženo zhodnocení dosažených výsledků.

This work deals with the use of measuring devices with respect to the safety requirements for measurement, both with respect to the operator and also with respect to the measured instruments. This work discusses the risks that may arise in non-observance of safety requirements for the protection of operators and measured equipment, and also how to eliminate such risks. All the work is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part is devoted to the individual standards that indicate safety requirements. It analyzes the different types of measuring instruments available in today's market and their different design solutions for safety. Part of the theoretical part is also a comparison of Czech standards with foreign standards. Last but not least, the theoretical part deals with the comparison of individual measuring instruments with lower and higher requirements for safety measurements. The practical part of the work consists of measurements made in relation to the safety requirements for the measurement. The measurement itself was first carried out with a measuring device which is subject to lower safety requirements and subsequently to a measuring device that does have higher safety requirements for measurement. On the basis of the performed measurements and their results, with the simultaneous application of the appropriate standards, the conclusion of the work is an evaluation of the achieved results.
