Srovnání kvality vysokých škol v ČR s ekonomickým zaměřením

Abstract

Main goal of the bachelor thesis is comparison of the universities, which better sattisfied study requirements of their customers- students and to think about opportunities how to improve quality of study on Economic faculty at Technical University Ostrava in comparison with University of economics. This bachelor thesis is divided into five parts. In the first part is defined quality and service a his features and is focused on explaining QFD method, when and where was born and where is using. Then is analysed topic of czech higher education from four points of view. Firstly the university as non-profit institution, then university as providing service, thirdly university and its quality and finally the university and its influence on human resource. And in the end are described the tools for an implementation of research: Pareto analysis, brainwriting and Google gadgets. The centre of thesis is created by third part which is focused on evaluation of students satisfaction. In the fourth part are analysed the results of survey and evaluation of QFD matrix. In the final chapter are suggested the opportunities of solving and improving the required students needs.
