Optimalizace procesu řízení vývoje v IT firmě

Abstract

This diploma thesis is based in theory on traditional and agile software development methodologies and its practical goal is optimizing development process in IT company. The thesis consists od three main chapters. The essence of first chapter are basics of process management, followed by a clarification of two important directions in software development – traditional and agile, and multi-criteria decision making method is also clarified. The next chapter is analytical and the development process in IT company is evaluated, issues are identified and their various solutions are proposed. The last chapter deals with the practical solution. Multi-criteria decision making method is used for appropriate selection and for other identified issues are suggested practically solutions.
