Využití E-learningového systému Moodle k efektivnímu vzdělávání zaměstnanců nemocnice

Abstract

The bachelor thesis focuses on the use of the E-learning system Moodle in the education of employees of the Nemocnice ve Frýdku-Místku, p.o. The aim of the work is to adapt the E-learning surroundings and prepare the course for employees based on hospital requirements. The partial aim of the thesis is to analyze the current state and needs of the organization, which will be based on the creation of a new solution. The output of this work is a completely redesigned version of the Moodle system, which meets all the defined requirements and will be used in practice, which can be considered the goal of this work.
