Zhodnocení postavení žen v podnikání v prostředí ČR

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení postavení žen v podnikání v České republice. Prvním cílem práce je analyzovat současné postavení českých žen v podnikání (jak z pohledu podnikatelek, tak z pohledu zaměstnankyň), druhým cílem pak doporučit konkrétní postup modelové ženě s vlastním podnikatelským záměrem, která se rozhoduje, zda zůstat v zaměstnání, či začít podnikat. Pro dosažení prvního cíle budou použity analýzy genderových statistik, genderových indexů a dostupných výzkumů, a rovněž také vlastní dotazníkové šetření. Pro dosažení druhého cíle bude sestaven podnikatelský plán, který bude za pomocí konkrétních srovnávacích metod (srovnání předností a nevýhod, prosté bodové hodnocení, bazická metoda) porovnán se současným stavem. Teoretická část práce je věnována vysvětlení pojmů gender, podnikání a zaměstnanecký poměr, dále sběru dat a použitým nástrojům a metodám. Praktická část je zaměřena na konkrétní použití vybraných metod, syntézu výsledků a návrhy možných řešení.

This diploma thesis is focused on assessment of the status of women in entrepreneurship in the Czech Republic. First goal of this work is to analyse current position of Czech women in entrepreneurship (from the point of view of businesswomen as well as women-employees), second goal is to recommend a specific approach to a model woman with her own business plan who is deciding whether to stay employed or start a business. Analysis of gender statistics, gender indexes, available researches and an own survey will be used to achieve the first goal. To achieve the second goal, a business plan will be made which will be contrasted with the current status of a model woman using specific methods (comparison of advantages and disadvantages, simple score method, basic method). The theoretical part of the thesis is concerned with explanation of concepts of gender, entrepreneurship and employment and with collection of data and used tools and methods. The practical part is focused on specific usage of selected methods, synthesis of results and suggestion of possible solutions.
