Zhodnocení rekonstrukce obytného domu

Abstract

The subject of my thesis is to suggest possible alternatives to the already realized, way of heating, ventilation and hot water preparation system for apartment house in passive energy standard. The project deals with the solution of the ground part and specialization of technical equipment of the building. This is a former elementary school converted to a residential house in the passive energy standard. Residential house contains a total of 27 residential units. The object is located in the municipality of Dubnany in the district in the South Moravian region in Hodonín. The thesis contains a comparison of the various technical systems of heating, ventilation and hot water preparation with regard to their economic assessment.
