Abstract

BARÁNKOVÁ, V. ISLAND HOUSE – Passive Self-Sufficient House on a Hillside. Bachelor thesis. Ostrava: VSB – Technical university of Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Architecture, 82 pages, 2020. Supervisor of bachelor thesis: Ing. arch. Dušan Rosypal. Main objective for this bachelor thesis is proposal and processing of project documentation for construction of house for family consisting of four members. This house will be situated in a village Josefovice. It is a single-floor house, which by its concept accepts a steep slope of the building side. The proposal is to create a Passive house, which will be partly self-sufficient and will fully correspond with the surrounding countryside. The documentation is inspired by an architectural study created in the Architecture Design Studio I and it is created by following the documentation for the building permit processed in the Architecture Design Studio Va. The content of the thesis is divided into text and drawing parts. The text section consists of an accompanying and summary technical report. The drawing section contains the project documentation for the construction, including individual technical details, listings of the elements used, visualization of the object and it is added with a TZB part.
