Abstract
The thesis deals with creating graphic user interface application for data measure and identification of laboratory fan model. The first part is focused on measuring and processing data from laboratory fan model using MATLAB program and Data Acquisition Toolbox in a form of step response. The next step is to apply some approximation identification methods for laboratory fan model, evaluate results and accuracy of experimental identification methods and display final transer function of identificated laboratory model. In case that user doesn't have DAQ toolbox, he can use graphic application for identification methods using available set of files of measured data.
