V první části se věnuji teoretickým východiskům transformačního a privatizačního procesu. V druhé části popisuji Balkán, historický vývoj Jugoslávie a politickou a ekonomickou situaci ve státech bývalé Jugoslávie. Třetí část je zaměřena na popis privatizačních postupů a zhodnocení současného stavu privatizace.cs
dc.description.abstractThe thesis deals with the current level of privatization and privatization processes in countries of former Yugoslavia. The first part deals with theoretical solutions of the transformation and privatization process. The second part describes the Balkans, historical changes in Yugoslavia and the political and economic situation in the countries of former Yugoslavia. The third part focuses on the description of the privatization process and assess the current level of privatization.en
