Abstract

Thesis deals with the industrial production of gaseous and liquid nitrogen for further use in a number of technological processes. The production chain of individual industrial gases separation is described in detail. Methods widely used for gas separation advantages disadvantages and their possibilities. Next chapter describes the production chain of nitrogen in Continental Automotive Czech Republic s. r. o. Its individual parts, control system, the types of sensor and gas analysers. Subsequently, gaseous nitrogen quality management system is explained. Economic aspects of the operation are also taken into account.
