Aplikace procesu schvalování dílů do sériové výroby u vybraného dodavatele

Abstract

The aim of the thesis is application of the approval process into production at a selected supplier. First, attention is paid to the analysis of current approaches to product quality planning and the current state of planning for quality is analysed both at a bus manufacturer and a supplier of door drivers. Later on, when all data have been processed and evaluated, the implementation of the part approval process at the selected supplier is described in detail. The evidence of compliance with the requirements of PPAP is presented and discussed likewise. The last chapter deals with the evaluation of the results of the part approval process for the serial production and there are proposals and recommendations for improvement.
