Abstract

The content of this bachelor thesis is oriented to review educational system and development of employees in the company that provides services in the area od tourism. This thesis deals with personal activity, cycle of education and development of employees but also with methods used at the workplace and outside the workplace. Part of the thesis is a describtion of educational cycle within selected community and questionnaire oriented on comparison of oppinions about education in the company from the point of view of first instance managers and ordinal employees.
