Abstract
The main goal of this bachelor´s work is to determine customer satisfaction with services provided by the company SPENADO Consulting, s.r.o. Satisfaction measurement is done through questionaire survey.
The theoratical part covers the processing of theoretical knowledge about customer satisfaction and marketing research. As main resources are used documents related to terms service, customer, customer satisfaction with services and marketing research. The practical part focus on questionaire survey and interpretation of gained results. For better orientation, the results are put into the tables and graphes.
Final part refers to suggestions and recommendations for company management, which should tend to increasing of customer satisfaction with company services.
