Abstract

The thesis is focused on the evaluation of the financial health of Dura Automotive Systems CZ, Ltd. in Kopřivnice based on indicators of financial analysis. The first part deals with the characteristics of the company and theoretical related to financial analysis, sources of information, analysis and description of the methods. The practical part is elaborated independent financial analysis using absolute indicators, ratios, Du Pont and pyramid decomposition bankruptcy and credibility models. Finally, we evaluated the results of the financial analysis and recommendations for improving the company's financial situation.
