Stavební spoření a srovnání jeho nabídky na českém trhu

Abstract

The product of building savings is one of favourite products on the Czech financial market thanks to its double using. It can be arranged to obtain money resources for the acquiring of houses purposes through a building savings loan or only for the appreciation of money resources. The acquisition of the housing purposes and housing needs is the primary aim of building savings. The teoretic part of the thesis is focused on the explanation of the principle of the building savings function including the system of the state subsidy providing. In the practical part of the thesis there are compared tariffs of building savings offered by building savings banks on the Czech market in four model examples according to different requierments.
