Abstract

An object of the diploma thesis is design of funcional and space use for buildable area B141 in Zábřeh nad Odrou. Thesis deal with desing of colective housing and civic amenities in two variants. Solution will design functional use, technical and road-traffic infrastructure, public spaces, static traffic and waste management. Then variants are evaluate and od based od objective criteries. One variant will be chosen for detailed solution. Especially in the field technical infrastructure is developed conduit of sites with technical corridors and economical handling with water and wastes. Investment cost are calculated. Thesis s based on municipial plan of city Ostravy, cadastral map, statements of engineering networks owners, orthophotomap and photodocumentation.
