Systém měření brzdového stroje těžního zařízení

Abstract

The objective of this work is the analysis and design of brake system Škoda BV810 mesurement, as part of the mining hoist Škoda 2B 4516 operated in the state enterprise DIAMO. The first part describes the current state, the principle of measurement method and analysis of brake system Škoda BV810. The next part is a proposal of innovative solution based on non-contact sensors usage, including detailed description of sensor's parameters and suggestion of system implementation. The final section contains impact assessment of proposed system affect onto the brake system Škoda BV810, based on operation measurement.
