Abstract

The main goal of this thesis was to find out and examine factors which could influence average wages in Moravian-Silesian Region and Prague. To do this we used methods of descriptive and comparative analysis. We compared the influence of age, education, sex on average employee wage. We concluded that the greatest impact on employee wages has education and the branch he works in.
