Motivace rozvoje zaměstnanců vybraného průmyslového podniku

Abstract

This thesis is focused on motivation problems of employees´ development in the company Gumárny Zubří Inc. In my analysis I result from a theoretical base which is based on Czech and foreign publications and also on current stage in the company Gumárny Zubří Inc. The aim of this thesis is current stage analysis of employees´ development motivation in the company Gumárny Zubří Inc., finding troubled places and formulation of improvement recommendation. The attention is focusted on employees´ satisfaction and methods of their motivation. A qestionnaire research was done and it was supplemented with semi-standardized discussion focused on employees´ remuneration and their benefits.
