Finanční analýza společnosti OKD, Doprava, a.s.

Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on financial analysis of the company OKD, Doprava, Inc. The goal of this thesis is to apply basic methods of financial analysis to analyze financial situation in chosen company. In thesis is used horizontal and vertical analysis of balance sheet and profit and loss statement. In next section are analyzed ratios of profitability, liquidity, stability and activity. Aplication of analysis was realized that the company OKD, Doprava, Inc. in years 2007-2009 had high liquidity and low profitability of paid in equity. In 2008 the company obtained a credit, which increase total debt and decrease financial independence of the company. The company OKD, Doprava, Inc. devolved in defined time period. There were many changes, which have effects on company financial situation and which led to get an exklusive position on transport and logistics market.
