Možnosti zlepšování stávajících přístupů k řízení kvality v prostředí konkrétní organizace

Abstract

The thesis deals with methods of quality management in public administration. The aim of the thesis is to analyze present methods of quality management in particular organization of public administration and suggest the implementation of some of the new methods of quality management in the environment of a particular organization. The theoretical part describes the history of public administration in the Czech Republic, organizations concerned to quality in the Czech Republic and methods of quality management in public administration and finally the field of social responsibility of organizations (CSR) is defined. In the practical part presents the Municipality of Prostějov and current methods of quality management at the City Hall. In the next part is realized analysis methods used quality control by structured interviews with employees of the Municipality and suggested improvements. Part of the research was also a thorough analysis of the current order of CSR attitudes in the City Hall of the City of Prostějov. The last part of the thesis is suggested the CSR implementation at the Municipality of Prostějov City.
