Výroba viskózové buničiny bisulfitovým způsobem a postupy zpracování odpadů na vedlejší produkty

Abstract

This work deals with the production of textile material, especially viscose pulp, from which viscose fibers are obtained. Regenerated cellulose fibers have useful properties very close to cotton, and cellulose made from wood raw materials can be used for their production. This is the production of fibers from renewable raw materials, which is in line with the idea of sustainability. The thesis describes the production process of viscose pulp using the bisulfite method, including waste generated during production. Production waste is further processed into by-products in the process or used in other ways. The practical part of the work is focused on the measurement of selected production parameters, with the aim of defining the possibilities of optimizing production in relation to the generated waste, its minimization and better usability. The yield of sodium carbonate, as a by-product from the processing of industrial waste, was monitored.
