Abstract
The aim of this thesis is the application of decision tasks on selected products in the R-FIN s.r.o company. Thesis consists of theoretical and practical parts. The second chapter is focused on characteristic of the managerial accounting and basic structure of costs. The third chapter is focused on the decision tasks. The final chapter is devoted to practical part. It is focused on the application of decision tasks in the R-FIN s.r.o. company.
