Abstract

The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of fire safety of industrial waste incinerators. In the introductory part of the thesis, the technology of incinerators is simply described, with an emphasis on receiving waste before removal. The following section is devoted to the characterization of waste, including its hazardous properties. The next part discusses the preparation of waste prior to removal, as well as who a qualified worker is and what he or she should meet in order to be able to perform the given activity. The final part describes the current fire solutions available to the described technologies and the proposal for measures to prevent an industrial accident, which was made for the technologies.
