Abstract

This work deals with the introduction of the non-contact method of measurement of deformations of the 3D printed space structure of the automobile headlamp. Specifically, this is a digital image correlation (DIC) method. In the first part, the thesis deals with optical methods of deformation measurement, mainly the principle of the DIC method. The second part deals with the design of the load-bearing structure of the headlamp at the limit states in operation. The third part focuses on measuring deformation under static load. In the next part, the thesis deals with evaluation and validity of measured data with the assumption of FEM analysis. In the last part of the diploma thesis, the results are evaluated and optimization of the measurement procedure is proposed.
