dc.description.abstractPředmětem diplomové práce „Hodnocení efektivnosti investičního projektu v dané společnosti“ je využití metod hodnocení investičních projektů k hodnocení vybraného reálného investičního projektu společnosti SEEIF Ceramic, a. s. V první části diplomové práce je shrnuta teoretická oblast investování a metody, které se používají při hodnocení investičních projektů. Druhá část se zabývá charakteristikou dané společnosti a konkrétní investice. Ve třetí části aplikuji vybrané metody hodnocení investičních projektů na konkrétní investiční projekt. Závěrem jsou shrnuty poznatky z praktické části.cs
dc.description.abstractThe subject of the thesis "Evaluation of the effectiveness of the investment project in the company" is the use of methods of evaluation of investment projects for the evaluation of selected real investment project of SEEIF Ceramic, as in the first part of the thesis is a theoretical investment areas and methods used in the evaluation of investment projects. The second part deals with the characteristics of the company and the specific investments. In the third part applies selected methods of evaluation of investment projects to a particular investment project. The conclusion summarizes the findings from the practical part.en
