Návrh a vytvoření účelové webové geoaplikace pro ČSÚ

Abstract

Since we experience intensive use of information technology, it naturally leads to method unifications and solutions made universal. Applications using those data and program sources are discussed as mashup applications. Aim of this work is to explore possibilities (and disadvantages) of this solution within map visualization of spatial data. For this work purposes, Czech statistical office’s spatial data were combined with land regions vector data and displayed in form of thematic map over the Google Maps API component.
