Rekonstrukce objektu na sociální bydlení

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to project the reconstruction of the social house building. Nowadays this build-up area, located at Trnkovecká 240/82, Ostrava, 710 00, serves as a flat-building that comes under non-profit organization Centrom. This project includes alteration of surroundings, adjustment of parking and strengthened areas and solution of underground services and waste disposal. The objective of this thesis is the alteration of the process layout of the above mentioned building, the project of twelve apartments with one to three habitable rooms with appropriate furnishings. The newly designed alterations ensure that this build-up are will be transformed into social house building and thus decreasing the lack of such social environments.
