Bezpečnost a ochrana zdraví při práci a její analýza u vybraného zaměstnavatele

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na systém bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci. Cílem práce je analyzovat systém bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci u vybraného zaměstnavatele. Práce obsahuje pojmy, které jsou s touto oblastí spojeny, vymezení současného stavu tohoto systému, jeho vyhodnocení a následně stanovení a zavedení nápravných opatření na nedostatky, které vyplynuly z důkladné analýzy.

Teoretická část vymezuje jednotlivé pojmy, které jsou spojeny s systémem bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci. Jsou zde obsaženy jak obecné pojmy, tak pojmy, které se shodují se zaměřením vybraného zaměstnavatele. Je zde přiblížená také legislativa, které problematika bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci podléhá.

Praktická část obsahuje krátký popis vybraného zaměstnavatele. Zahrnuje také analýzu stávajícího systému pomocí SWOT analýzy, její vyhodnocení a realizaci nápravných opatření. Praktická část také přináší celkové hodnocení a navrhuje doporučení, která vedou ke zlepšení situace v oblasti.

The diploma thesis is focused on the system of occupational health and safety. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the system of occupational health and safety at the selected employer. The thesis contains terms that are associated with this area, definition of the current state of this system, its evaluation and subsequently the definition and implementation of corrective measures for deficiencies that resulted from a thorough analysis.

The theoretical part defines individual terms that are associated with occupational health and safety. There are contained such general terms as well as terms that coincide with the focus of the selected employer. There is also a discussion of the legislation on what issues of occupational health and safety are subject.

The practical part contains a short description of the selected employer. It also includes the analysis of the existing system, using SWOT analysis, its evaluation and implementation of corrective action. The practical part also presents an overall evaluation and suggests recommendations that lead to an improvement in the situation in the area.
