Abstract

Bakalářská práce na téma „Problematika vnitroorganizačních směrnic u občanského sdružení“ je zaměřena na charakteristiku občanského sdružení z pohledu právního, účetního a daňového, srovnává občanské sdružení před a po účinnosti nového občanského zákoníku, představuje problematiku vnitroorganizačních směrnic u občanského sdružení a uvádí návrh stanov a vnitroorganizačních směrnic pro Stavovskou unii studentů Ostrava, která je od 1. 1. 2014 spolkem.

This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of "Issue of Internal Directives of Civic Association" and it is focused mainly on the characteristics of the civic association in terms of law, accountancy, taxes. The thesis compares the civic association before and after a new Civil Code became valid, it introduces the issue of civic association‘s internal directives and suggests statutes and internal directives for Stavovskou unii studentů Ostrava, which is known as an association from 1. 1. 2014.
