Abstract

This diploma thesis focuses on the anthropogenic activity issues in the Ostrava region. It briefly defines the involved locations in Ostrava and describes the reclamation of these locations. It defines the general fly ash and sewage sludge theory. In the practical (experimental) part, the thesis deals with the reclamation substrate of OBSED a. s., describes it´s production, laboratory tests and practical applications. The thesis is concluded by the ecotoxicity tests of the substrate of the OBSED and with the volumetric ratio alernations of this substrate. The ecotoxicity test was executed by White mustard (Sinapis alba) and Daphnia magna (Daphnia magna). The thesis offers a suggestion for a contingent change of the substrate ratio. It also presents the results of the ecotoxicity tests and contingent exclusion of the dangerous feature of H-14 Ecotoxicity.
