Modernizace velkokapacitní skládky uhlí na Dolech Nástup Tušimice

Abstract

Tato práce shrnuje poznatky a zkušenosti, které získávám ve firmě SD-1.Strojírenská a.s. při realizaci některých modernizací technologických zařízení na DNT. V první části se zabývám problematikou zhoršené kvality uhlí, která nastává s postupným přesouváním těžby do nově otevřené lokality lomu Libouš II.-sever. Dále zde zmiňuji nutnost zlepšit proces míchání uhlí zařazením dalšího homogenizačního stroje umístěného na VKS. V další části mé práce zpracovávám technickou specifikaci modernizace technologie jednotlivých dílčích celků. V neposlední řadě popisuje návrh odvodnění pláně VKS.

This work summarizes the knowledge and experience I have received in SD-1. Strojírenská, a. s. company, during the realization and modernization of technological mechanisms in DNT. In the first part of this thesis, I consider the issues surrounding the deteriorating quality of coal, which is the direct result of the progressive shift in coal mines to the new-opened location of the quarry Libouš II.-sever. Subsequently, I mention the necessity of improving the process of coal stirring by adding an extra homogenization machine placed on VKS. In the next section of my work I analyze the technical specifications of the technology of the individual partial wholes. Ultimately, I describe the draining plain proposal on VKS.
