Abstract

The thesis is focused to employee motivation system. Goal of the thesis is assessmant of employee motivation system in the Pekárna Racek, s. r.o. Company, satisfaction of their employees and suggesting for improvement and based on the analysis, prepare proposals and recommendations for greater satisfaction and employee motivation.The theoretical basis of motivational systém describes basic terms of human resource management, motivation and motivational systém, rewarding and questionnare survey, Next part of diploma thesis is focused on characteristics of the company and analysis of current employee motivational systém. Following part analyzes results from the questionnare survey and suggests new solutions.
