Finanční analýza společnosti Unipetrol a.s.

Abstract

In my diploma work i focus on financial analysis of economy of a joint-stock company forming part of a multinational corporation of a holding structure producing chemical products. The main aim of this diploma work is an analysis of the economical status using ratio indicators, Du-Pont analysis and Altman Z score including they being influenced by market mechanisms and their use in the management. In the theoretical part i define the basic financial identifiers and methods. In the practical i supplement the financial analysis with verified and audited accounting and statistical data and their applications to streamline the production. I gathered all information from official sources and statistics of a particular joint stock company and knowledge of professional experience and literature.
