Czech POINT na Městském úřadě v Litvínově

Abstract

In my bachelor thesis I deal with newly introduced Czech POINT system and newly launched data boxes. These two systems are closely interrelated. The most important goal of both systems is to make life of the citizens easier and to increase effectiveness of public administration. The Czech POINT was introduced in 2007 and data boxes were launched in 2009. The objective of my bachelor thesis is to get to know the Czech POINT system and evaluate its contribution to residents of Litvinov through questionnaire survey. In Introduction I deal with a description of the Czech POINT system, basic equipment for work including login data, required certificates and characteristics of individual user outputs. In the next part of my bachelor thesis I explain connection of the Czech POINT to the system of data boxes. In Conclusion I evaluate the contribution of the Czech POINT system from the point of view of the administrator as well as residents of Litvinov.
