Abstract
The Thesis summarises the informations concerning the State humanitarian aid and deals with the legal aspects of this aid in the Czech Republic and EU. The Thesis describes the sending mechanism of humanitarian aid by the Czech Fire and Rescue Service and is also concerned with the EU Civil Protection Mechanismus.
The Thesis also summarises data concerning providing the humanitarian aid by the Czech Republic abroad within the years 2002 -2010.
