Rodinný dům s hospodářstvím v Albrechticích

Abstract

The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to prepare project documentation for the construction of a family house with homestead building in Albrechtice. Specifically, this one is a family house for a family of four and complemented by a other buildings as a homestead part and a garage. The home is situated in the outskirts of Paseky village Albrechtice near Český Těšín, where old family houses are mixed with a new construction. The family house with homestead building are placed in a composite way so they form an "L" shape structure. This composition is based on the typology of a traditional rural farmhouse. This idea is also supported by the selected saddle roof. The basis for the bachelor's thesis was a study from the subject Ateliérová tvorba I and the project documentation for the building permit from the subject Ateliérová tvorba Va. The work is divided into text and drawing part. The accompanying report and the summary technical report according to the Building code Act are prepared in the text part.
