Abstract

This thesis solves structural and technical solutions of the commercial offices building and proposal heating. Technical design of the building is designed in accordance with applicable standards and regulations. The proposal reflects the requirements for office buildings. The design was taken into account the thermal engineering building. For heating building and hot water is a used renewable source of heat. Two heat pumps earth - water are designed at the building. A heat pump absorbs heat from deep wells. At low outside temperatures will be switched auxiliary supply, which is electric.
