Nová městská čtvrť-areál bývalých vojenských kasáren v Malackách

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem bydlení. Zkoumá součastnost i historický vývoj Malacek jako celku a dále se zaměřuje na vybranou lokalitu areál vojenských kasáren, která se nachází téměř v centru města. V součastnosti areál kasáren postupně pozbývají svou funkci i důležitost. Cílem diplomové práce je obnovení areálu s převažující obytnou funkcí reagující na současné požadavky na bydlení a začlenění do stávající struktury města Malacky.

The diploma thesis deals with the topic of housing. It examines the present and historical development of Malacky as a whole and further focuses on a selected location of the military barracks area, which is located almost in the city center. At present, the barracks are gradually losing their function and importance. The aim of the diploma thesis is to renew the complex with prevailing residential function responding to the current housing requirements and incorporation into the existing structure of the city Malacky.
